the ramada has a nice reception area and an amazing view of the city. it’s super close to the city center, just a short walk to the christmas market. the breakfast was great, with plenty of options. we also loved the free coffee and water available.

the rooms felt a bit cold and it would be nice if the heating was better.

However, there were some downsides. The air conditioning in the room was ineffective, making it uncomfortable at times. Also, the bathroom cleanliness could use improvement. I noticed some dust and stains that shouldn't be there. Overall, while there were some great aspects, a little more attention to detail would elevate the experience significantly.
